CCR Renovations is excited to share with you our recent bold renovation! This family really wanted to showcase their own style by adding all their own unique elements from the tile transitions to the one of a kind rabbit lamp!
These clients received a whole new main floor from front to back! This includes new stairs, doors, cabinetry as well as flooring and trim throughout!
The bold black front door is a show stopper; It ties in the other dark elements bringing the whole entryway into a beautiful masterpiece. We built them a custom hickory staircase that provides an elegant design with simplicity that showcases the black spindles, getting them to really pop off the soft hickory colour.
Their custom kitchen offers a balance from the front of the house, to the back with the custom tile transitions and hardwood.
Their custom cathedral ceiling with the wall to wall windows permits for lots of natural light to flow through allowing the space to feel big and open! Custom feature walls have been very popular with CCR clients and this client was not going to pass up the option for a bold feature.
To complement their simple elegant kitchen, they wanted to add a pizazz with their fearless lemur print! The wall between the living room and kitchen was removed to give them an open concept living space where the family can sit at their new waterfall breakfast bar. The original fireplace was painted to keep the original brick but with some added modernization to it.
