CCR Renovations are proud to present this substantial renovation project undertaken for an awesome Brooklin couple.
The main level of their home was opened up to create a functional, efficient and beautiful open concept space with custom kitchen cabinets, island and new fireplace with shiplap accent.
Flooring and trim was replaced throughout the main floor, and we added a wainscoting accent wall in the hallway.
Updated powder room and a fresh coat of paint completed the main floor.
The new staircase was dressed with oak treads, wall mounted handrail and newel posts and our client chose wrought iron balusters to finish.
Upstairs we created an awesome ensuite bathroom. Our clients can take a leisurely soak in the freestanding bathtub or enjoy an invigorating shower in the new enclosure. A custom double vanity, with quartz top, floor tile and a great choice of fixtures and fittings finish off the look.
And not forgetting the younger members of the family! We created a functional and clean main bathroom with alcove tub with rain head shower, new vanity and floor tile.
