From an initial enquiry:-
- We will then agree upon a convenient time where one of our team will visit you
and quickly determine the practicality of your plans
- Discuss your exact requirements with you and offer advice to help you get the most out
of what you decide
- You will be
assigned a project manager who will act as your contact point and will take personal responsibility for ensuring your work
is completed on time, on budget and to our very high standard
- We will then co-ordinate and project manage your work providing you with all the services required
from enquiry through to completion
Before any work begins we
finalise all specifications down to the last receptacle. The price will be fixed and agree upon and a easy to understand contract
will be signed by both parties. This will state the following;
- A time frame of how long the project will take
- When the work will begin
- Specific client requests
- Schedule
of work
- Payment plans
We at CCR Renovations make customer satisfaction
our priority. For the duration of the project, whilst work is in progress;
- We will brief you regularly on the development of your project
- We will be on hand to answer any questions or queries you may
have regarding the project
- If
there are any unavoidable problems and delays you will be informed of these as soon as possible
- If there are any changes to the work specified or extra costs,
these will be confirmed in writing and agreed with you before such work begins
- CCR Renovations will at all times treat you and your property
with respect and ensure that the working site remains a safe and healthy environment
Finally, once the project is complete;
- We will leave the site clean and tidy and ready for you to enjoy
- We will brief you on any relevant maintenance or operating issues
and hand all keys back over to you
